Perth & Sydney

Co-founded in 2004 by our managing director Warrick Hazeldine, Purple Communications grew rapidly in Western Australia through a dynamic, client-focused approach to communication. Our key focus areas of corporate affairs, government and investor relations saw the agency gain a wide range of clients from local and international resources companies to non-government agencies.

Cannings Purple joined the STW Group in 2012, following the purchase of a 49 per cent stake in Purple Communications via its corporate and financial public relations firm, Cannings Corporate Communications. Now branded as Cannings Purple, we offer clients a truly national reach and ongoing growth opportunities.

We provide clients with communications strategies recognised for their clarity, creativity, purpose and credibility. We are:

  • Focused on outcomes, not process
  • Dedicated to meeting deadlines
  • Able to draw on excellent media contacts and networks
  • Skilled in the provision of strategic and tailored advice; and
  • A single-source agency providing cohesive communication programs covering all target audiences

Furthermore, we are highly skilled in crisis and issues management, which is complemented by our agency’s agile service structure that allows for the provision of senior advisors available immediately upon appointment.

We have one of Australia’s most respected and effective investor relations teams. Our people have worked in investment banking and broking houses and know exactly what it takes to build a profile in the investment community.

Cannings Purple has also successfully developed and managed community relations, employee relations and media relations programs for a range of companies across a multitude of sectors, achieving client’s objectives.
